We were able to inspect the new window and door today and we very impressed with the workmenship and the obvious care taken to minimize damage to existing structure. Gentlemen,
We are looking out through our beautiful new windows at the storm beyond. After consulting all of our neighbours who had had their windows replaced and by which companies, only your company came out as very highly recommended. Thus we contacted you and were given an estimate by your very professional and courteous representative whose pleasant manner made it almost fun to spend a small fortune.
( We replaced all the windows in the house ) The estimated date of installation was honoured and we were introduced to a whole new set of your employees. Helene was very good about keeping us up to date about the actual time of installation based upon the variable weather conditions. I was a bit dubious about installing windows during the winter but these fears were totally unfounded since the period of time when the windows were out was very short. There is also the advantage of no bugs coming in during installation.

Non seulement ont-ils exécute leur travail avec minutie sous un tempo calme et rassurant pour nous, mais ils ont été particulièrement attentifs et minutieux pour l'installation des nouvelles moulures et des rebords de fenêtres, ce que nous avons grandement apprécié. L'esthétique des fenêtres se trouve ainsi rehaussée grâce aux moulures bien posées et nous en sommes ravis.

Last week one of your crews intalled three windows at our home. The team did excellent work, they were polite and pleasant to deal with, and they cleaned up their mess.
We were both very impressed with the crew chief. He clearly knew what he was doing and managed the work very well. He was informative and very pleasant do deal with. He kept us informed and readly responded to our questions. He gave the impression that he was interested in our concerns and he was very considerated. He was very prefessional and he did excellent work. He was a pleasure to deal with and we are very satisfied with the quality of the work done. We are repeat customers and he is the best crew chief we have had to date.
