Hi Michel,

Just a short note to confirm our telephone conversation of earlier today. We are quick to complain when we are not happy, but I think we should also let people know when they have done a good job, as is certainly the case with our new windows.

Margo and I are very pleased with the seven windows we purchased and had installed by Valley Siding and Windows last summer. The installation team of Pierre worked very efficiently, installing six of the windows in about half a day, and then another half a day for the bay window in the dining room that involved reframing to increase the width. We are very pleased with there workmanship.

You were right the house is quieter, and also better insulated than before - so much so that the cold corner bedroom is no longer the cold corner bedroom. As I know use that room for my office, it has been very noticeable this winter. Our home now looks much better inside and out as well.
