Hi the big family of Valley Siding and Windows!

When you do business with a company, one of the most important factor of success is the customer services before, during and most of all after the product has been installed. Before: thank you to Michel Bouffard and his colleague Gilles for having provided me with all the information that guided me in making my choice.

During: the guys were well organized and Pierre … you are more talented than you think (reference the job you did around the garage door and the patio door).

Hélène: you are great as you make me feel like being part of the Valley Siding and Windows' family!  You are taking care of your customers like a "big sister" and most of all, I have no doubt that the remaining issue will be adressed in a timely manner.
