First let me begin by saying that neither I nor any of my relatives have any affiliation with Valley Siding and Windows Inc. other than as a client-to-business relationship.

Our initial dealing with Valley Siding and Windows was in 2001 when they installed replacement windows for every window in our home. Immediately following installation, Valley Siding and Windows provided us with a Warranty that covered both Labour and Materials for period of 25 years.

Valley Siding and Windows has honoured this warranty on three separate occasions since the initial installation of our windows in March of 2001.

The first warranty-related call was to report that the seal in the kitchen bay window had failed. An employee came to our home to verify that the glass sealed unit had failed and it was replaced in very short order at no cost to us.

The second warranty-related call was for the same glass sealed unit. It was inspected and replaced promptly, once again, at no cost us.

The third warranty-related call was 11 years after initial installation. Valley Siding and Windows replaced 23 sealed units. The replacement took place on November 29th, 2012 and took one day to complete. The crew that performed the work were very courteous, professional and cleaned up after job completion.

We have dealt with Valley Siding and Windows on other occasions. They have also replaced our front doors with very attractive double entrance-way doors. The advice provided with respect to choosing the "right look" and materials was invaluable. They also covered the wooden sides of our garage doors with maintenance free metal siding including the back door to our garage. No issues with either of these jobs have occurred.

My motivation in writing this Testimonial is based on the reliable "After Sales Service" we have received from Valley Siding and Windows. They have honoured their warranty commitment and demonstrated that this family owned business values its reputation in our community.
